Step 2: Continuing the planning prepared by the architect in this second stage we will reform the living room. The idea is to use the space of the former garage and so broaden the living room.

Now, the driveway is closed and the dining room window was moved forward.

A new access was opened on the side wall of the house and the front door was moved to this side.
Gateway now installed in its new location.
The closing of the old garage, the removal of the dining room window, the displacement of the front door as well as the demolition of internal walls haven given way to a spacious living room combined with the dining room.
Amplitude and lightness are the highlights of this large room. It should be noted that the floor will be preformed in another step.
Purposely we let a wall with exposed brick to compose with the future industrial decoration style to be executed in this environment.

Etapa 2: Em
continuidade ao planejamento elaborado pelo arquiteto, nesta segunda etapa
iremos reformar a sala. A ideia é utilizarmos o espaço da antiga garagem e,
desta forma, ampliarmos a sala.
Vista externa da
antiga garagem. Observamos a porta principal de entrada, no primeiro plano a
janela da sala e ao fundo a janela da sala de jantar.

sala. Na parede direita observamos a porta de entrada com acesso a antiga
garagem.
Fechamos a garagem, a
janela da sala de jantar foi transferida para frente.

Um novo acesso foi
aberto na parede lateral da casa e a porta de entrada foi deslocada para esta
lateral.
Porta de entrada já
instalada em sua nova localização.
O fechamento da
antiga garagem, a remoção da janela e porta de entrada e a demolição das
paredes internas deram lugar a uma ampla sala conjugada a sala de jantar.
Amplitude e leveza
são os destaques desta ampla sala. Ressalte-se aqui, que o piso será executado
em outra etapa.
Propositadamente
deixamos uma parede com tijolos à vista para compor com a futura decoração
estilo industrial a ser executada neste ambiente.
