Step 1: In the previous post I said that would show the reform of my beach house step by step. The plan drawn up by the architect said that in this first stage we would reform around the house.
We started with the demolition of the old fence of concrete sticks which really was ugly and battered by the time (side view).

Prioritizing plasticity, ventilation and safety, the architect opted for a fence of concrete hustings (2 meters) and curved at the end (side view). The hustings will receive galvanized wire mesh and coated with PVC.

Etapa 1 – Na postagem anterior eu havia dito que iria mostra a reforma da casa de praia passo-a-passo. O planejamento elaborado pelo arquiteto, indicou que nessa primeira etapa iriamos mexer na cerca da casa.
Iniciamos
fazendo a demolição da antiga cerca de palitos de concreto a qual, realmente,
estava feia e maltratada pelo tempo (vista lateral).

amarração para elevarmos a altura do novo pilar.
Priorizando
a plasticidade, a ventilação e a segurança, o arquiteto optou por uma cerca de
palanques de concreto (2 metros de altura) e curvados na extremidade (vista
lateral). Os palanques receberão telas fabricadas em PVC.

Para maior privacidade, observe que já iniciamos a elevação do muro de divisa
com o vizinho.

com cobertura em PVC são transpassados entre os braços dos palanques. O portão
